Chairman of the Bulgarian Astronautical Society, member of the International Astronautical federation, member of the International Academy of Technological Sciences and a member of the "New York Academy of Sciences", a board member of International Academy "Homo Perfectus Integralis" and member of the World Association of Inventors (WAOI), Member of board of International Global Monitoring Aerospace System (IGMASS).
Professional interests: aerospace instrumentation and automatic control and management systems and studying a human as a control link in the management systems (ergatic system), remote Earth sensing and its application to monitor and protect against natural disasters, ground simulators for pilot training, study of the effectiveness of human activities under extreme conditions.

Prof. DSc. Gennady Maklakov, head of virtual learning center for graduate students SRTI - BAS. Member of the International Academy of human problems in aviation and space, member of the International Academy of biologic and energetic technology, member of the Bulgarian Astronautically Society, member of the Bulgarian Association of Psychologists and EFPA (European Federation of Psychologists` Associations), a member of the Russian Association of Artificial Intelligence and the European Coordinating Committee of Artificial Intelligence (ECCAI), a member of the Scientific and Technical Union Transport Federation of Engineering Unions in Bulgaria, member of the Union of Scientists in Bulgaria.
Professional interests: human factors in complex ergatic systems, the study of human performance under extreme conditions, training complexes in aviation and aerospace, telemetry of human physiological parameters, design methodology (system analysis), applications of artificial intelligence.

Prof. DSc. Garo Mardirosian, member of the Bulgarian Astronautical Society, member of the International Astronautical Federation, member of the Society of Physicists in Bulgaria.
Professional interests: remote aerospace methods and technical means; geophysical instrumentation, anomalous natural processes and environmental disasters, electronic measuring equipment.

Prof. DSc. Zhekov Zivko, member of the Bulgarian Astronautical Society, member of the International Astronautical Federation. Chairman of the association, "Scientific applied research."
Professional interests: optical and quantum devices and methods, logistics, standardization, quality control monitoring, copyright and patent rights, ecology and environmental management, design methodology (system analysis).

Boyko Rangelov, member: American Geophysical Union, the European Seismological Commission, the American Institute of Physics, the European Geophysical Society, the Balkan Geophysical Union, the Balkan Physical Union, the Union of Physicists in Bulgaria, the International Union of Geodesy and Geophysics, Bulgarian Geophysical Union.
Professional interests: natural disasters (earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, floods, forest fires), the behavior of groups of people in extreme situations, applied geophysics (search and exploration of oil and gas); ecological disasters (natural disasters leading to industrial accidents, protection and prevention).
